Per Polish tradition, Easter food is to be blessed before Easter, so we trekked out to Polish Church in the morning after a hectic morning of grocery shopping and egg-dyeing (thanks Ciocia!)
We did get some afternoon beach time a la blow-up pool in the yard as well.
