So far, I've been pleased with the flexibility of Weight Watchers. I'm not restricted from foods, I just am not going to eat much else on days that a jar of Nutella is in play. It's motivation to make better choices without feeling sorry for myself that I can't eat something. Weight lost = 11.4lbs.

And yes, that is an 11 pound jar of heavenly deliciousness.
